TRESR received a seed-funded budget of $400K to cover early development, admin, community incentives, and marketing costs.

This allocation was given by a now-dissolved DAO and the 5% $TRESR allocation to be delivered to their treasury has been renounced \[[link](https://snowtrace.io/tx/0x3dc8bcf4438c89446d259616616ca062ff62d6c60782e04095a126df60929e47?chainId=undefined)] reducing $TRESR circulation supply by 23,427,066 TRESR tokens.

TRESR received a hand-off of $SMRTR resources. The TRESR community is completely separate from the SmarterCoin project and the $SMRTR token keys have been renounced by the old team ([here](https://snowtrace.io/address/0x1495b7e8d7E9700Bd0726F1705E864265724f6e2/contract/43114/readContract?chainId=43114)).

The following were transferred from the original SmarterCoin wallets to create the TREASURY:

- 2,534,728,788,370 $SMRTR
- 17,392,723 $SMRTR-AVAX JLP tokens
- 5,593 $USDC
